The Flip-Flop Camp Campaign

Summer is almost here and that means it’s time to raise funds to send refugee children to Camp Canonicus.

Canonicus is our American Baptist Camp in Exeter, RI.  This will be the fifth year we will be sending refugee children from South Providence for a week of learning about God, nature and themselves in the woods of Exeter.  Because the children have so much fun, each year the group grows as they tell their friends about camp.  This year, we have 32 children who want to attend camp.

A week at daycamp costs $230.00 and a week of resident camp costs approximately $400.00.  We need your help to get all these children to camp.  There is a board in Fellowship Hall explaining the FlipFlop Campaign or you can just write a check to FBCIA and put camp in the memo line.
